Integrative Psychotherapy in Paddington, Marylebone, Camden and Online

Finding meaning through the difficulties that make us human

Sometimes We All Need Support

I understand that acknowledging and reaching out for support can feel daunting, but you don’t have to face it alone. Everyone experiences distress and confusion at times, and life can sometimes feel overwhelming.

You may feel low, anxious, frustrated, stuck or isolated. Perhaps you’re struggling with bereavement, relationship difficulties, parenting, relocation, or adjusting to a new culture or stage in life. Or maybe you are feeling lost or you find yourself at a crossroads, sensing that life is moving in a direction that doesn’t feel right, but not knowing how to change course or which direction to take.

Whatever you are facing, I offer a warm and compassionate presence as a therapist. Together, we can create the space where you can explore what may be preventing you from living a life that feels more grounded, fulfilling and meaningful.

The world will ask you who you are, and if you don’t know, the world will tell you.

How Can I Support You?

I'm Glauce Brooks, an integrative transpersonal psychotherapist (MUKCP / BACP / NCPS accredited) working with adults in central London and online. Integrative psychotherapy brings together a range of therapeutic approaches, allowing me to tailor our work to your individual needs. Together, we can explore what feels challenging and find the most helpful way forward.

I work with adults facing a wide range of emotional difficulties and life challenges, including anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, relationship difficulties, grief and loss, low self-esteem, and loneliness. I also support people through life transitions such as career change, retirement, divorce, parenthood, relocation and menopause.

My practice is a welcoming space for neurodivergent clients, including those with ADHD, ADD, ASD. I offer both short-term and long-term therapy in English and Portuguese.

The meeting of two personalities is like the contact of two chemical substances: if there is any reaction, both are transformed.

What To Expect From Therapy

Therapy offers a confidential and reflective space to pause, listen deeply and meet yourself with curiosity and compassion. I see therapy as a collaborative process, where two people come together in an atmosphere of trust where all troubling questions, thoughts, and feelings can be explored with curiosity and openness without judgement.

In our work together, we'll take time to understand your unique story and uncover the deeper layers of who you are. Together we may explore the beliefs, patterns, or ways of coping that once helped you but may now be holding you back from living more freely and fully, opening the way for new understanding and change.

Taking the Next Step

If what you've read here resonates with you, I offer a free 20 minute initial consultation where we can discuss what's brought you to therapy and explore whether working together feels right for you.
